Sewing Class, No.2 | Drawstring Bag (In person, 10/25/2026)

Build your sewing skills in our class No.2, the Drawstring bag! This in-person class is perfect for beginner sewists who are already familiar with the basics of using their sewing machine and are ready to take the next step in constructing a finished pieced bag.

You’ll learn more about sewing and assembling a project in order to build your confidence at the sewing machine as you create your own very cute handmade drawstring bag.

Students registering for this class should have a basic understanding of how to use their sewing machine, including how to thread it and sew a straight stitch (if not, you're looking for Class No.1!!).

Bring your own sewing machine, and we’ll provide everything else! All fabric and materials needed to complete your drawstring bag will be provided, and you'll leave with a finished project and new skills to continue your sewing journey at home.
